I was referred to Crystal Shine and spoke with John and stopped by the next day. John was willing to check it out and came back with a repair plan and estimate. A few days later John called and sent some pictures to show what he found and fixed. Turns out the seller had previously had the vehicle repaired but not properly. Now we have a quiet car.
